“I am 101% Satisfied with every interaction I had with Joe (Owner) of J & T Roofing, and would give him and his company a 10 Star Rating if I could! I contacted FIVE (5) Billings based roofing companies in September asking for a bid to replace my hail damaged wood shake roof with a 50 Year "Impact Resistant" Architectual Shingle. Company #1 never returned my call. Company #2 stated they'd call me next Spring as they were shutting down for Winter. FYI, they never called back. Company #3 returned my call within 2 days, but I had to call back 5 days later before their roofing inspector called to schedule a time to look at our roof. Their representative arrived without any samples, then he eyeballed my house (without ever going up on the roof) for about 10 minutes and then stated he'd send me a price quote in a couple of days. 10 days later I got a call from their office saying if I was still interested, I could call their office for a price quote. I did call and got a verbal quote, but never did receive a written quote as requested. Company #4 returned my call 3 days after I'd called their office and made an appointment to inspect our roof a couple days later. The owner personally came out and did a thorough inspection (including inspecting the roof) and as promised, they mailed me a written quote within 1 week. Company #5 was J&T Roofing. Joe (Owner) returned my call within 24 hours and asked if he could come out in 2-3 days (on a weekend) to inspect my roof. At the agreed upon day & time, Joe arrived with numerous roofing samples, and took about 20 minutes to answer all of my questions about product quality, colors available in our area, and then he spent a good 15-20 minutes up on the roof taking several measurements aswell as inspecting all roof vents and skylights. Before leaving, Joe gave me a rough estimate of the job cost for 2 qualities of shingles (30 & 50 year), and stated his company could begin & complete the job within the next month. He also left shingle brochures as well as the shingle sample boards I was interested in so I could show the different shingles available by quality & color to my spouse. I received the written quote from Joe @ J&T Roofing (by e-mail) within 48 hours, and his bid for a 50 year shingle roof installed was cheaper than 2 competitors quoting a 30 year shingle. Once we notified J&T Roofing they'd been awarded our roofing job, Joe estimated his crew could start work in approximately 14-21 Days. Another job must have been postponed because Joe called me on Day 10 to see if he & his crew could begin work on our house in 2 days. As promised, Joe & his crew arrived on a Saturday and completely removed all of our old shakes as well as replacing all roof vents, installing all ice & water shields, as well as the flashings and titanium underlayment, and they hauled all of the old roofing away at the end of the day. On Monday, Joe & crew got to work a little before 8, and the job was completed to our satisfaction by late afternoon. I cannot give Joe and J&T Roofing enough praise for the professional manner in how they treated us, and their quality of work is top rate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe and his company to all of my family and friends, and I personally know who I'll be calling if I ever need roofing work done again! PS: I forgot to mention that the job included removing old asphalt shingles from our 2 garden sheds, and installing the same shingles on both sheds as our house. The guys on the crew took as much pride in their work on both of our sheds as they did on our home... i am impressed!”

“Jack Sprague and his crew have done an exemplary job in working with our roof , gutter and siding repairs and replacement, from hail damage. He convinced the insurance company that it would be to everyone's benefit to replace our Cedar Shake roof with an Architectural Shingle that would last much longer and give us the classic look we were wanting. The crews have been on time and know their jobs and have been very respectful of our property and our time, as well as, keeping us informed of the progress of the job and Jack has done a great job of keeping us in the loop as far as progress and time of same. They have gone to bat with our insurance company to see that we received a fair shake as to repairs that were needed to our home. This project has taken over 1 year because of inclement weather and the amount of damage in the Billings area. We would totally recommend this company for any roof, gutter, and painting repairs. We have been very happy with the work so far and intend to use this company again, on some recently incurred storm damage”
