“Scott Bart gave us a fair estimate for the cost of removing 2 layers of shingle and replacing then over our garage and breezeway roof, to match the main house. He answered all our questions about code and quality of the product used. On the day, a team of three came on time and worked very efficiently. They were courteous and professional, they cleaned carefully after the work was done, including the gutters; we found only 4 nails afer sweeping: they removed buckets full of them! The paper work is administered by Denise Bart, and she provided exactly what the insurance company required. It was fast, well done and actually a great experience. We are confident the work is well done, and we would hire this company without hesitation.”

They installed two green roofs on my house in Boulder, and the whole project was done with a minimal amount of fuss, working in with the construction schedule to get things done smoothly. “We used Roof Check to solve a leak we had in one area of our roof and to replace our gutters. Our old gutters were leaky and inadequate. Dan provided us with a bid--he is always professional and helpful. The work was completed on schedule and at the bid price. We love the new gutters. I didn't realize how much new gutters would upgrade the look of the whole house. They are gorgeous! While we haven't had enough rain yet to truly test the gutters or roof fix, I can say the work was all completed beautifully and professionally. It was a pleasure to have the crews here. On top of everything else, the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with Roof Check and would and will use them again if necessary. “We had heavy hail damage to our property, mainly the roof. 970 Services was recommended to us by a respected source. They proved to be an excellent choice. They handled most of my correspondence with my insurance adjuster. They came and replaced my roof in one day, doing a perfect job. A few days later they sent a team out to repair the rest of the hail damage to my property, the fence, windows. If I ever need that kind of service again I will certainly use 970 Services. “I had an amazing experience with Jeramiah and Anchor Roofing. We were closing on our house on August 1st, and as part of the closing contract we had to have the roof replaced for the buyers. We signed a contract with a different company, and their work was to begin (and end) on Tuesday, July 22nd, 1.5 weeks before close. Already cutting it close. We found out that day that the other company would not be completing the work and had a minor freak-out/ panic attack. We called several companies, including Anchor, and Jeramiah immediately assured us that he could have our roof done by that weekend. He took care of all of the details, including pulling the required city permit, was EXTREMELY prompt at not only responding to our e-mails/ voice-mails/ texts, but at initiating communication of pertinent information. Because of Anchor, we closed on time, with considerably less stress than we thought we would have, and the roof looked GREAT and passed the city inspection without a problem. Could not recommend highly enough. We will definitely use Anchor again.”
