“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

We were looking for a travertine stone finish with a contemporary bath, toilet, sink and mirror. Vip Kent noted down exactly what we were after and came back to us with a choice of products and different price brackets for each. They also provided a 3D design of our new bathroom before work had commenced to show how it would look which I thought was very professional. The workmanship was great and our bathroom was completed from start to finish in 6 days. “Erik of Pulsar TR remodelled two wetrooms for us in the annex of a grade 2 listed house. Both had been installed seven years earlier for the previous owner, to plans drawn up by a very well known designer. They looked great but the wet rooms had never worked as intended. Our main concern was to get the rooms properly tanked, with the floors sloping towards the linear drains. Erik did an outstanding job, resolving all issues with drainage and leaks. One bathroom - although a complete overhaul - was fairly straightforward, with layout remaining the same. The other, however, was totally reconfigured, with a separate WC room converted into a laundry room, a new wall built, one door removed, another replaced by a sliding door, bespoke cupboards built along one wall. We had engaged an architect/designer but Erik, who has strong visual and spatial skills, ended up taking on some of this role himself: eg advising on finishes, designing an ingenious pullout drawer for dirty clothes. Moreover, his estimates for materials (eg tiles) required proved much more accurate than the architect's. Erik has great attention to detail and insists on high standards. He and his crew were extraordinarily hard working. They were also pleasant, efficient and managed to keep the mess contained well beyond my expectations. I'm happy to recommend Pulsar TR as excellent bathroom remodellers.”

“Revamp have provided an excellent service. Ricardo has re-fitted our show room to a very high standard, the finish is extremely good and I’m really pleased with the results. The shower unit needed to be fitted into an area of previous water damage and tiling correspondent to the existing tiles. A significant proportion of the room had been damaged. Due to the structure of the walls, the walls were uneven, the vertical aspect was compromised by the fact the corner ( to which the shower base and enclosure would be fitted) did not have a true right angle. While I had sought to do some of the preparation in advance of the works there were important adjustments that needed to be made. Ricardo has a very good eye for detail, he is able to anticipate and plan for the issues that arise (in every building job) without compromising on quality. I was really impressed by Ricardo’s interest in ensuring the works was of a high quality. Ricardo always sought to involve me in understanding the progress of the work, checking my agreement for any key decision. The finish is immaculate. I feel I have a shower you would see in the Hilton! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ricardo. This is the second piece of work he done for me and I am happy for Ricardo to pass on my number in the event of someone seeking verbal reference.”
