Plenty of design input, sensible pricing that can be agreed at outset (without those annoying sale tactics others use) and a good relationship with quality suppliers. They have a small network of trusted independent installers (ours project-managed the entire installation). We now have high quality bathrooms & kitchen, everything was delivered on time and installation was completed to our agreed timescale.
