The concept meetings and design suggestions for our 6,600SF residence located in Rye Beach NH with MSA were flawless and the recommendations as made by Rob and his team were then carried out and constructed by the custom builder Dick Southwick (Southwick Construction, Inc.) who did an amazing job at constructing a one-of-a-kind luxurious home in Rye. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits.
