Members can improve their professional skills and expertise and increase their value to the association through outstanding educational programs. Opportunities for participation and recognition are many – industry credentials, certification, annual awards program, committees and councils. Members can elect to become Certified Graduate Builders and Remodelers through NAHB and members are encouraged to enter local and national award competitions that recognize their commitment to excellence. There is also a social side to membership. Each year the association sponsors a ski trip, a bowling tournament and a golf outing for members and their guests. These tremendously popular events are great opportunities for associates and key sponsors to highlight products and services.
