“We use Nathan for this project at my barbershop in Balsall Common he did all the design could not fault him superb service very attentive paid massive attention to detail listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted cannot fault the quality of the finish as well of the highest standard absolutely great project love working with his boys and it shows as since we have opened in September every client loves the look the finish on the quality of what he has done.!! “I had two wardrobes installed and some shelving made. Jonathan at Refined Trades provided a excellent service. The wardrobes were bespoke and built to a high quality, the price was competitive too. Communication through out was good and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with end result.. Highly recommend.”

“When does something as practical as a bit of storage evolve not just into a piece of furniture but into our very own unique work of art. This was the process we went through with Jake. The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. If I’m honest, we were slightly overwhelmed by the options but in the end we left a number of decisions up to him to make in the knowledge that we knew it would look fantastic. From a brushed steel finger gap around the cupboard doors to staining the oak worktops with the same oil as our oak floor, the end result is striking whilst thankfully being as practical as we need it!”

“We employed Odile Kipling to design and install a fitted bedroom in our loft conversion. Given the complexities and awkward angles of our old house Odile did an incredible job. We were so pleased with the service and quality. Nothing was too much trouble and Odile was always punctual and polite. She attended at a later date and added more units when we had decided that we wanted more storage, again she was very professional and the quality was superb. Everyone comments on the wardrobes when they come and have a look at at our new loft conversion. A fantastic job and I would recommend her without hesitation.”
