“At Studio Spice we worked with Jonathan De Friend to source 400 sq m of flooring and staircase cladding for a large private residential renovation project. We were looking for something contemporary but organic. He found for us a bespoke wall to wall planks solution, using high grade ash, that was engineered in the UK, so with minimal carbon footprint. He liaised between us and the mill, oversaw installation, was excellent in coordinating timelines and installation conditions with the main contractor and made great suggestions for smaller details, such as threshold detailing and position of cuts. He also stayed in touch for a great after sales service and snagging. We will certainly be working with Jonathan again.”

“We have purchased on several different occasions some of Hitt Oak's wide and superlative range of hardwood flooring. We have also had Hitt Oak provide and install oak flooring on the steps of our staircase which runs up the entire height of our house. I cannot say how much I am delighted with the quality of their flooring, and the quality of their work in installing it. All of their workmen are kind, polite, skilled, neat and tidy, and especially very pleasant. Egis, Justin, and Zydrius in the showroom are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and will advise on which type of flooring works best in any particular floor or room. They have furthermore a huge range of the most magnificent wooden flooring imaginable, to suit all styles, tastes and budgets. I have also photographed a number of projects throughout London and beyond for Hitt Oak, many of these you can see on their website and on this Houzz page, as well as on my own Houzz page, and I must say that each project is finished to the most exacting standards, and each and every one of them is a delight to see.”

“We were recommended 123 Floor by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint: the quality of advice, products and customer service that we've experienced was second to none. From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products. The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much! Highly recommended.”
