“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“I Hired WDA, Sept 2013 To Look at prospect of Land I had for Development and the appraisal for gaining Planning Permission for an Eco Style House, which they gave me their opinions and eventually we were Successful in getting Planning permission on a Beautifully Designed House by the team early 2014 (App No 2/2014/0064/PLNG, I have now Recently sold the Plot and the Build will start shortly, November 2016 “I wanted to thank you both, firstly it was good to meet nice people and further more for your damn good work. Design advice and communication were excellent with regular site inspections and minuted meetings with builders and ourselves. Supervision was highly effective and we are very pleased with the striking modern design complementing the age and character of the house.”
