She spent a day measuring my house and drew up existing plans and plans of possible ideas which we discussed and she further refined my preferred option. She listened carefully to my wishes and patiently answered my questions (there were many as I’d never done anything like this before!) Her vision was amazing and what she came up with is brilliant - so much better than I’d ever thought possible.
