“We were introduced to A Space Architects by some friends who had used them for a major extension to their period property. A Space had been responsible for both the design and the build of the project. We retained Jamie / A Space to handle the build with us directly paying for the build team and materials. This approach is less common than the more usual “all in” price for a build project but we found it to be very satisfactory as it gives total clarity as to where one’s money is going. Also, when there were the inevitable changes to details and specification introduced by us as the build progressed we could see that we were not being “overcharged” for changes/extras as can often be the case. We are extremely pleased with the end result. We have now been living in the “new” house for over a year and remain thrilled by what has been created.”
