I met IndigoZest at their showroom at Sky House Design Centre during the very early stages of my build project. I was initially interested in Lighting Control and Nicolai designed a control system for me using the Vitrum range. Throughout the process I found Nicolai to be incredibly knowledgeable and he took the time to understand my project and offer advice on the most appropriate level of smart home based on my lifestyle and requirements. I now have a Control 4 integration that allows me to control my Audio Visual throughout my house and my lighting works beautifully and integrates well with my overall system. IndigoZest worked well with my project team, fitting into their schedule and accommodating when there were building delays. Nicolai has now installed the entire system, he has made sure that we are comfortable with it, has been happy and available to make some tweaks as well as ensuring that everything runs smoothly and maintained in the background. His ability to support us remotely for minor changes and troubleshooting is excellent.

Indigozest are clearly a very professional company that we have supplied for a number of years. I can say they are also one of a small minority of firms that endeavours to offer the best equipment and services available. From selecting the most appropriate equipment, to requesting and completing training, Indigozest have constantly impressed us. As a trade supplier, we are frequently frustrated by companies whose sole interest is profit - fitting the cheapest parts, completed by technicians that have no understanding of the goods. This is not the case with Indigozest! From what we have seen, Indigozest will go out of their way to ensure their customers always receive the best from their purchases and service. I asked Indigozest to design and install home automation as part of a bigger project refurbishing my home, a terraced house in London. They installed electronic control of lighting, a heating system, Sonos, a burglar alarm, and a home automation system which links it all together and makes the house run a lot of its functions semi-autonomously. It's all great; I couldn't be happier with the experience of working with Nicolai and Chhaya, or with the standard of the work which was the highest quality. I know a bit about programming and electronics, so was initially tempted to buy the kit and install it myself - but I am so pleased I didn't. Using Indigozest saved me days and weeks of tinkering around (spending time I don't have, and probably annoying my family with imperfect or bodged installation) and the end result is far more robust and slick than anything I could have achieved myself. I particularly like the fact that Nicolai designed the system in an open and accessible way, so I can make minor changes myself - I understand that most installers keep the installer codes to themselves, but Nicolai handed over a spreadsheet with all the relevant access codes and passwords, and even spent a few hours showing me the way around the system. It's that sort of attention to detail and genuine interest in getting the right outcome which makes them stand out. And their prices were very reasonable, too, and well worth it for the end result. This reads like a glowing review, and indeed it is - I'd recommend Indigozest to anyone looking for home automation.

Indigozest designed and installed home automation systems in a new build home including security systems, remote heating controls, sound, communications and video systems. I was introduced to Nicolai/indigozest via one of my clients who were in the process of redesigning their entire home and were looking to add home automation. Nicolai was responsible for designing and installing the AV, automation and lighting control systems. He worked closely with both myself and the client to understand their needs and to then incorporate the systems into my design concept. Nicolai was able to explain all the details without getting overly technical. He understood what we needed from the end result and he delivered his system on time and to budget. I was very happy with the working relationship so much so that I have since recommended him to other clients. The Vitrum Lighting control system was a beautiful addition to my overall design. I also worked with Nicolai on a smaller flat renovation project. This involved designing, supplying and programming a lighting control system. Nicolai was able to meet the clients need within the budget given and the result is a stunning looking and well-functioning installation. As an architect and interior designer it is important to me to work with professional trades who understand my design considerations are able to make the technology fit the design.
