Smart Homes Company

I've been thoroughly disappointed by The Smart Homes Company and their service. Despite a contractual agreement and payment of over £12,000, my project is in disarray. Addressing issues through conversations and emails faced resistance, with coercive attempts for more funds. Unfortunately, legal action seems necessary to rectify the substantial payment-work disparity. I cannot recommend trusting Jon or his company—proceed with caution or consider avoiding engagement altogether. Jon and his team at Smart Homes Company have been absolutely superb from our first meeting and all the way through the creation and building of our amazing Funeral Home. We had a vision of what we thought we wanted and Smart Homes enhanced that vision so much with their creative thinking, adding so much more to our initial plans. The works were completed in good time, and nothing was too much trouble when we (I mean Donna) changed her mind on a few bits and pieces. They are always available if we need any support and help and have been a really important part of the development of our place. We wanted to create a Funeral Home with a WOW factor and thanks to the guys at Smart Home, everyone who opens the door to our Service Hall says exactly that... "WOW, I wasn't expecting that - it is stunning" We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jon and the Smart Homes team to anyone. An excellent company and a really nice chap.

Jon is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of automation, specifically for us this was lighting, sound,heating and security. They are on top of all smart home development. Best technology for my needs, easy interfaces. They have installed Wify, Sound, sound distribution and video systems in two houses for me, each 12 room systems.
