“We worked with AVINU on the design and installation of our audio-visual system and building management system (KNX), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Darryl and Mike, the owners, managed the project at a high level and were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear, decisions were well thought through, and everything felt well coordinated throughout the process. The installation and commissioning were handled by Brad, Tom, Max, and Ryan, who were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in getting everything up and running properly. Any issues that arose were dealt with proactively and efficiently, with minimal disruption. “We have had 10 years of annoyance and frustration with an expensive home automation system that never worked properly and dealings with several unreliable engineers in a bid to fix it. We called Steve with a view to taking it out. Steve listened to our needs and persuaded us to give it one final shot. He fixed and updated our Sonos and Elan G, which supports CCTV, Heatmeiser and multi-room media. Steve has been very reliable and professional throughout. His team were extremely polite, tidy and positive. Furthermore, when we have had minor issues, Steve was extremely quick to respond and resolve them. We are two months down the line and I still can't believe it is all working smoothly!”
