Andrew has a breadth of home improvement skills, and good contacts for the few things which he doesn't do himself. He is persistent in working out a solution to situations he hasn't come across before. Andrew and Hilary have carried out most of the work in a major refurbishment on my flat whilst I was living there, never leaving things in a state overnight.
