ATOLL Glass: an opulent glass for designers and architects seeking to individualise their interiors. Encapsulating modern glamour, it can be used on almost any surface.
Beautiful and tough, Atoll Glass is more versatile than stone as it ranges from 4mm to 25mm thick, and up to 3m in length. Non porous and non staining, it can be totally opaque through to almost transparent, as specified by you.
The Elemental range offers you an extensive choice of colour possibilities or you can choose a bespoke colour option .
Rethink your interiors with this opulent glass - try it on wall surfacing, such as in a hotel lobby area; furniture veneers, such as bar tops and tables; display units for retail fit-outs; splash backs, shelving and panelling in kitchen and bathroom designs; backlit surfaces and screens in a living space.
ATOLL Glass can also be bookmatched beautifully as this styling enhances its inherent rippling patterns.
Sustainable design can be stylish too with Atoll Glass. Unlike composite and stone, it is easily recyclable. Made from natural products sourced in the UK, it avoids the need for expensive quarrying and the depletion of finite resources.
This distinctive glass offers you a luxury finish along with truly 'green' credentials!
THE STORY OF ATOLL GLASS:
The glass is marbled using a historic, artisanal process with similar secrecy surrounding its exact workings ! Its contemporary development by skilled craftsmen in a family run, independent glassworks in Kent has been as exciting and magical as those early 16th Century discoveries.
Created by Mike Phipps and Sarah Holliday, each piece in the ATOLL Glass range has been individually crafted with a versatile and opulent finish, each named after a unique Pacific Atoll*
*Atoll (Ãt’ol’): a chain of coral reefs and rich, watery lagoons, each creating their own distinct pattern visible from space.
