“Rossana and team were extremely friendly and professional, and they were able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. My bathroom was dated back in the ’70s and just begging for a complete renovation. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted my bathroom suite to look like, it was an accumulation of different designs and fixtures that only the most talented would have been able to bring to fruition. Step Handiman did not disappoint, they took my wish list of bathroom design ideas and made them come to life. Essentially, they gutted the bathroom and started from scratch, creating an ample palette for creativity. Their skills were highlighted as they laid an intricately patterned tile floor and complementary wall tiles in the shower spa and jacuzzi areas. Without hesitation, they installed a luxury steam shower spa complete with a heated shower bench and multiple rainfall showerheads. As if that was not enough of a treat, they were able to tuck away a gorgeous sanctuary created around a divine jacuzzi. A girl’s dream bathroom will always include a walk-in closet and a dressing room, my dream has finally come true with the help of Step Handiman. “Our garbage disposal broke and I was having such a difficult time finding someone reputable to come install a new one. I called four other companies and received no response or was told they were booking out 2 weeks from now. I heard about houzz from my brother so decided to give it a try. “Had an excellent experience with Rescon after some basement flooding. They re-leveled our concrete flooring in our basement laundry room, and installed their custom PVC tiling thereafter. We also purchased an industrial Santa Fe dehumidifier which they installed. Ray, their rep, was knowledgeable and patient. The two workmen who came to the house were friendly, thorough, and efficient. There was quite a delay between making our 30% deposit and hearing from anyone about scheduling, so my only constructive criticism is that it would be great if their scheduling department at least provided a courtesy call to let you know the invoice had been received.”
