“Wally and team did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors and remodelers over the years and Wally's team were particularly professional and experienced. They were helpful and flexible as we modified and expanded our plans over the life of the project. They listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions and were able to guide us to a good decision. Most importantly, Wally and his project manager, Matt, were always responsive and in-touch and maintained great communication throughout the project. We're really happy with the final product and I'd recommend Wally and team to anyone.”

“Farrah came in to repair a bad tile job done by someone else. Her professionalism was evident from the first contact with the site - she was down on her hands and knees, getting a very hands-on sense of the situation. She worked with us to identify tiles that needed to be replaced, and tiles that were safe or didn't need to be replaced, based on location. Her work was top-notch, and six months later the tiles in this high-traffic area are holding up beautifully. We later had her back to do some exterior brick work, which was also completed to our satisfaction, at a reasonable cost, and in a reasonable time. Farrah's attention to detail, pertinent communication, and significant customer satisfaction turned somebody else's disaster into a stunning success. Thanks, Farrah!”

“It was clear from the moment the gentleman showed up to give us an estimate, we were in good hands! My husband was impressed with the worker's competence and work ethic and I appreciated the "Yes, we can do that," attitude. And best of all, we loved the fact that my husband, our resident handyman, was able to focus on recovering from surgery and not doing the necessary repair work. “We had our concrete pool decking washed and stained by Concrete Surface and Design. We were pleased with the attention to details and the finished product was beyond our expectations. The pool area is beautiful with the stain color that John helped us pick out. The work was coordinated with the opening of our pool for the season. The workers were there on time and finished as promised. I highly recommend this company and John and his company was great to work with the project.”

“My husband and I met Rich over 15 years ago in Orange County, California. We were looking to replace some windows and paint our home. We were referred to Rich directly from Pella Windows. He was on-time, reliable, did a beautiful job, kept a clean job site and was 100% trustworthy. After that we did a few small upgrades to our home but made the decision in 2008 to move out for 1.5 years and completely renovate our home, inside and out. Rich is the only General Contractor we would use and knew we could trust and know the quality of his work and his subs. His professionalism and care for each step of the job was executed meticulously. After all these years we consider Rich, family..... He was never too busy and no job was too small for him to do for us. No matter what he did, it was always done to 100% perfection!”
