“all the workers for Parsons were nice and they did a great job preparing for the installation of our insulation. Then the one who installed the insulation was very good at what he did.. They plugged all the holes back and you couldn't even tell where the holes had been in the mortar. They accidentally left one hole and I called and they were back out the next day early and fixed it. I am very pleased with them and have recommend them to several people since then.”

“Wally and team did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors and remodelers over the years and Wally's team were particularly professional and experienced. They were helpful and flexible as we modified and expanded our plans over the life of the project. They listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions and were able to guide us to a good decision. Most importantly, Wally and his project manager, Matt, were always responsive and in-touch and maintained great communication throughout the project. We're really happy with the final product and I'd recommend Wally and team to anyone.”

“Farrah came in to repair a bad tile job done by someone else. Her professionalism was evident from the first contact with the site - she was down on her hands and knees, getting a very hands-on sense of the situation. She worked with us to identify tiles that needed to be replaced, and tiles that were safe or didn't need to be replaced, based on location. Her work was top-notch, and six months later the tiles in this high-traffic area are holding up beautifully. We later had her back to do some exterior brick work, which was also completed to our satisfaction, at a reasonable cost, and in a reasonable time. Farrah's attention to detail, pertinent communication, and significant customer satisfaction turned somebody else's disaster into a stunning success. Thanks, Farrah!”

“It was clear from the moment the gentleman showed up to give us an estimate, we were in good hands! “Had a wet basement and these guys had the unfortunate task of jack hammering up the slab and putting in drains on the inside and outside of my house. They showed up on time and worked non stop until the job was finished. I did have another leak a few months after the install. They came back and completely reworked the area at no cost to me. They are expensive but I now have a dry basement that I am finishing and a guarantee that I can pass on to the next homeowner.”
