Beyond awful. I strongly advise never to use. Booked for end-of- tenancy clean for a flat I had vacated. Cleaner stole the apartment iPad. Agency were terrible and didn't care. Their response was 'why would we refund, we did the clean'. Absolutely shocking customer service. I am now liable for the missing iPad on the inventory and ironically the clean was 'not deemed to be professional standards' so have to pay for another clean as well. DO NOT USE.

Do not use this cleaning company if it is the last thing you do!!! They send cleaners who have no equipment or knowledge of what to do or what an end of tenancy clean was. They had me waiting for 24 hours for a cleaner after I had pre paid 300 pounds and booked a time slot. They lied to me throughout my many phone calls, telling me a cleaner would be with me in 10/20 minutes, when in fact they just never turned up. When the cleaners eventually arrived they refused to do the job because it would 'take too long'. Do not be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website - its all fake. They are now refusing to give me my money back. Please DO NOT use them!!!

Excellent cleaning. I booked their one-off cleaning after a small family event. They were brilliant, and the house is perfectly clean. The cleaners were kind and hardworking and wore protection kits against covid. I would recommend them and will keep using the company for future cleaning chores.

Decided to give Go Cleaners London a try for a carpet and rug cleaning service and they proved to be the right choice. Yes, the carpets were not in a good condition but the cleaning technician calmly turned my negative expectations to positive ones by explaining the whole process in advance. The job he did was outstanding, as well as the final result. I won't hesitate to use them again for my cleaning needs.
