“Having seen the standard of work first hand from Goodwood Fitch at a friends property, involving a major refurb', I had no hesitation in asking them to carry out contracting work at my property (albeit a much smaller affair) and on the land at end of the property. The job involved: Building a new boundary brick wall. Bespoke trellis and garden gate. Redesigning & extending a work studio. Building a decking/seating area. Their attention to detail and workmanship was first class. Lots of ongoing communication. Always punctual and always very polite. Nothing too much trouble. They offered exceptional service and have been back to the house to sort out other minor problems. If we were to do any further major work to the house I would not hesitate to ask them for a quote, and would have every confidence in the professionalism and quality of their work.”

“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Adam and his team are professional, extremely polite and very skilled. I have used them several times now. In my experience, they are happy to tackle jobs that others are too frightened to attempt. Adam has a real problem-solving mentality. He is knowledgeable, extremely decent and honest, and my only qualm about recommending him, is that I don't want him to be too busy to be free for my next job. Highly recommended.”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Angie did a brilliant job at totally re-imaging our downstairs living space to transform it from very separate rooms, to a cohesive space fit for a young family still with individual purpose. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge. “Steve and his team at Origin Construction took on a complete refurbishment of our 1930s house and completed it on time and on budget. This included a total re-wire, new central heating, strip and re-decorate, plastering, building a 4.5m extension complete with new kitchen, extending our front room, a family bathroom and an en-suite double loft conversion. All of this in 14 weeks as promised!! It was a big project which coincided with the birth of our second baby. Despite this, the project caused us very little stress as he managed every aspect of the build. Steve is very knowledgable and always available to discuss and assist with the design process. We are very happy with our home and would not hesitate to recommend Steve.”
