“Jarrods came recommended by the architect for our project which was the restoration and renovation of a Grade 2 listed house. We wanted to put our own individual stamp on the house with the addition of a new staircase. My wife and I researched a design and a finish (both from Pinterest) and Jarrods delivered the project in its entirety and with consummate professionalism, craftsmanship and workmanship.. On top of it all, every person we had dealings with had a high degree of pride in their job and were a credit to the company.”

“Nathan has a no nonsense approach and if he said he would do something, he did. How refreshing that was. Although obviously busy, we felt we had lucked out as having a builder where the trades are all lined up one after the other without big gaps in between was such a relief. We had 2 bathrooms turned into 1 large one. I had done my own hand drawn scale drawings and we had bought all the products, many other companies don't like that but Willow Tree were not phased by anything and did not complain. They were flexible and accommodating and very professional. The project went smoothly and the different tradesmen were excellent at their job. We were particularly impressed by the main bathroom installer who worked hard, had very high standards and was pleasant to have around. As I said to Nathan, best experience I have had of using a builder and I just hope we can use him again. Bit worried he'll be too busy though.”
