“We've just had our old 70's staircase completely replaced by Thomas Ferns and what a difference it makes. The whole process was very straightforward from the initial design consultation to the removal and fitting of the new staircase. One of the many things we liked were the various examples of style and samples of wood and glass shown to us during the design consultation stage meaning we could readily envisage the finished product before we placed the order. When it came to fitting the new staircase Thomas and his team were meticulous workmen with a keen eye on attention to detail making sure that the finished product was just as we wanted. All in all considering the positive change its made to our house and the complete lack of hassle I wonder why we didn't replace our staircase sooner”

“Jarrods came recommended by the architect for our project which was the restoration and renovation of a Grade 2 listed house. We wanted to put our own individual stamp on the house with the addition of a new staircase. My wife and I researched a design and a finish (both from Pinterest) and Jarrods delivered the project in its entirety and with consummate professionalism, craftsmanship and workmanship.. On top of it all, every person we had dealings with had a high degree of pride in their job and were a credit to the company.”

“We cannot speak too highly of our experience in hiring wooden stairs to design, manufacture and fit the staircase for our new home. Right from our initial appointment with Sean, we felt confident that he had understood what we required. The modern design in oak and glass complimented our individual modern house design and was exactly what we wanted to finish off our feature hallway. IIona in the office was able talk us through the minor adjustments very competently. The finished staircase was manufactured ahead of the agreed schedule and fitted very professionally by the two company fitters on the prearranged date. The final fit, quality of workmanship and materials could not be faulted. We feel we have had good value for money and a staircase which adds to the design of our home.”

“The guys at Claitens have done an amazing job. I am so pleased with my new staircase and wine storage under the stairs. It looks fantastic. I have had a lot of work done in my home this year and these guys were by far the tidiest workmen. They cleaned up after themselves on each visit and worked really discreetly which was great as I worked from home throughout the transformation. I have already recommended these guys to a number of people. They were simply excellent, so much attention to detail and my staircase looks fantastic. Thanks lads.”
