“We recently moved to a 1970’s property which had an original open plan wooden staircase. But it was tired and the design was very dated. We decided to replace it quite early on as part of a programme of renovations, both to enhance the look and to improve the safety of the flight. The sales process was first class. The representative listened carefully to what we wanted, did not push, provided plenty of ideas and examples to consider, and also carefully managed the after sales process. The design was prompt and accurate, and took our feedback on board to make relevant adjustments where we wanted. The planning process was excellent, scheduling build and installation to meet our requirements to fit in with other renovation work. Installation was smooth and efficient over two days, keeping us well informed of progress. Overall, Jarrods’ communication and documentation were good throughout, and we were very pleased with the finished beautiful bespoke product, the final installation and the overall transformation it has made to our home. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Jarrods and the Staircases team.”

“A challenging staircase handrail renewal over four floors was masterfully completed. Handrail turns at each landing had to be carefully engineered given the narrow stair well, The team came to the house on two occasions to survey the requirements and take measurements for the drawings which were given to me for approval. The installation date was agreed easily to suit my availability as a week was needed to complete the job. Both manager, consultant, joiner, and carpenter were pleasant and professional throughout the week and finished the project on time and on tendered price. A price which I thought was quite reasonable, given the softwood handrail was replaced with a clear lacquered oak handrail, together with new newel posts. A most satisfactory job.”

“Excellent service from start of the project with James to the finished installation by Josh. Using the frameless option as suggested by James we have retained our stunning uninterrupted view from the patio whilst making it safer to use. They are extremely clean and tidy workers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
