Lee did an amazing job putting up a glass fence to make our pool safe. He was much more competitively priced than others, and the job was done to an excellent standard - and the area looks great and is more importantly safe. He also added a lock on the gate as a last minute request. Would recommend F.O.L Design to anyone.

I made contact with F.O.L. when thinking about converting my ballistrade to glass. I decided to use the kit offering and do the work myself, as a small project to keep me busy. The whole process from initial contact was extremely smooth. The measuring process was straight forward, F.O.L. the. Supplied CAD drawings along with a list of all recommended tools, coach screws, fillets etc. Delivery time was pretty quick considering the glass was custom made to size and fitting was really simple. The conversion transformed the stairs and landing. Thanks to Lee for being such a great help.

Lee and F.O.L Design Ltd were absolutely super! Lee helped us sort out a balustrade retrofit on our high standing garden decking. The balustrade that was there had a huge gap leading to really steep stairs - we wanted these stairs protected by a gate. We have a little one and were worried she would fall down the steps. Lee designed a solution to ensure the balustrade was completed with beautiful glass gating. The gating fitted what was already there so that it looked like it was part of the original design. At all times Lee wanted to do a great job and make it look lovely as well as achieving the safety objective. His final work was stunning and safe for our little girl. We were thrilled. Thanks Lee!

From my initial message to Lee regarding my landing, Lee could not be more helpful, from measurement and sending over videos how to install. Lee went over and beyond for his services told me exactly what tools I needed to buy for the job. He gave me the confidence to fit the glass myself and would not of been able to fit the glass to this high standard with out the support of Lee, he was always to hand no matter what time of the day I messaged. From my initial contact with F.O.L. design, to the installation, I have been exceptionally impressed with not only the quality of the final product and execution of the installation, but the high professional level the company deals at. The installation was completed under testing weather conditions, but the cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none. On a personal level, Lee is a very conscientious and polite person and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the duration of the project. The project consisted of stainless steel balustrade being fitted along the edge of a newly installed garden patio, in which we had used an expensive porcelain tile. The stainless steel construction balustrade consisted of top rail, posts and glass panels over a 8 Metre run and turning at right angles down a staircase. We are exceptionally happy with the finished project and feel it is the icing on the cake to our overall garden makeover project.

Lovely job of exterior glass, balustrades & handrails. Throughout Lee was excellent, good communication, well priced and an excellent job fitting. I would recommend without any hesitation, we are very happy with the result.
