“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. “An excellent finish to my bathroom. A few structural problems occurred due to bad workmanship in the past, but all the problems were sorted out at little extra cost to me. All work was completed on time and all the workers were very punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Would recommend the company to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price.”

“Phoenix Design helped enormously when I first moved into my current house and I would recommend them very highly. As well as general decoration, they did plumbing work, electrical work, tiling and even moved the wall in one bathroom. They were always very professional and could not do enough to help. They have also been very willing to come and help me with small things that I have needed help with since”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Rosewood Carpentry and Building Ltd have done two jobs for me over the last two years. The first one was building a timber framed Bungalow and the second was to rebuild a conservatory in Cedar wood. Both jobs were completed on time and on budget. The main reason I will continue to use Rosewood for any future work is their reliability and high levels of communications. They are a delight to deal with and if any problems did arise they were always sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.”
