“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “My husband and I purchased our first home in July which needed a complete gut job. Initially, we contacted several different contractors to get estimates and it wasn't until we met Paul from Clean Sweep Contracting that we finally felt we made the right decision in buying a house that needed so much work. Compared to the other contractors, Paul was the only person that we felt wasn't going to nickel and dime us for every little detail. Other contractors left things out of their estimates that we spoke about in the walk-through while Paul's quote included EVERYTHING we talked about. Paul's prices were extremely reasonable and fair. It was a no-brainer for us to hire Clean Sweep. Paul made us feel so comfortable and offered his expertise to us on so many different areas throughout our house and was right about every single one of them. From the very beginning Paul was on-time, honest, and thorough. Paul is truly a man of his word! Paul and his workers gutted my entire house from attic down to the basement and truly made it our dream home. I never believed my house would come out looking the way that it did. All the men who work for Clean Sweep were amazing, super clean, and very respectful of us, our property, and our neighbors. “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”
