From the very beginning he was very helpful and informative, always quick to respond when we had any questions. The work was completed within the timescale given and came in within the inital budget price given which we were very happy with. From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. When looking for a builder to complete my extension, everyone commented on the quality of the drawings and the detail within. “Ian acted as our architect for an extension project back in 2001 and when we came to do a full renovation of our house 15 years later we were very happy to use his services once again. He is great to work with to realise your ambitions within your budget, get you over the line with the planning and building control authorities, find a contractor and then supervise the project through to completion. He has also helped a great deal with post completion and rectification issues and we are very happy with the results of our project with him. Ian is personable, thorough and professional and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“From start to finish the whole process has been faultless. Our project was difficult in terms of both planning and design which caused several Architects to stumble. Annabelle however dealt with all aspects excellently achieving a no compromise design with a swift planning permission. The end result in my opinion is one of the best houses for sale in Alderley Edge.”

“Ian has been working on my behalf for over 12 months designing and managing the construction of my personal residence. In addition to the house the works included underpinning, retaining walls, and landscaping. He is a creative Architect and very pragmatic; he initially provided me with a number of design options that suited my budget. He assisted me from the beginning of his appointment with advice on contractual matters and dealings with the Planning and Control officers. Ian clearly has had extensive experience as a professional; his technical knowledge is very sound, he communicates well and and has an excellent eye for detail when supervising the builders. His speciality in "Green Construction" gave me a series of options on sustainable construction products and techniques and Ian provided me with valuable references and links to further information.
