“I found NDM Architects on the Web and not as a consequence of a personal recommendation. They offered an hour's free consultation which proved very helpful and gave me confidence to instruct them. Their website was well laid out detailing exactly what their services included. This was supported by a detailed "step by step" letter of instruction with itemised costs for each step of work. Service was always prompt with most replies (phone and E mail) by return. They came up with design ideas we would not have thought of had we instructed a builder directly. I'm pleased I instructed them especially in dealing with paperwork for approvals of the District Council and recommending builders to undertake the works.Money well spent.”

“Porter Haworth Architectural Design was influential in conception and obtaining planning for our project. The Planning process can be tricky to navigate, Steve's experience and previous encounters with the council was pivotal in us obtaining our tricky planning approval. He will also test your resolve in ideas to make sure you know yourself, its actually what you want it to look like. The details you may miss or have not thought about, Steve has the skill set to high light and amend before it impacts the build. He also recommended other quality professionals to use completing the planning process. Our project was small but none was straight forward. Which Steve took in his stride, we are very grateful for his help and services.”

“Stuart Martin Architects completely remodelled and renovated an existing, rather tired and warren-like 1930s house into a beautiful, spacious family home in the Georgian style, finished April 2016. We were very involved in the project from start to finish, and found Stuart and his colleague Matthew Bakewell a great team to work with: detailed and creative, as you would expect, but also responsive, patient and always happy to discuss other ideas - be they driven by the interior or landscape designers, by us or by our building contractor, as the project progressed. The fact that they were a couple of hours' drive away did not prove to be an issue and we would recommend them whole-heartedly.”

“Prime Meridian designed a single story extension to our kitchen at the rear of our Grade 2 listed Georgian town house; applied for and obtained Listing Building Consent; recommended local builders and then supervised the JCT small build contract for the works. Design advice and communication were excellent with regular site inspections and minuted meetings with builders and ourselves. Supervision was highly effective and we are very pleased with the striking modern design complementing the age and character of the house.”

“My husband and I downsized to a 1960 bungalow in need of full update. I suffer from arthritis and the main issue was for property to be fully accessible and meet my current and future needs. In particular we wanted to ensure whilst accessible it didn't look like a property adapted for disability but look sleek and modern. We had our own ideas but not the knowledge or expertise to put into practice. Working with Luke was a very productive experience. He grasped our vision and designed the remodel making the most of space and function. All our friends and family were amazed at the result. Some thought we were mad to take the project on but the end result is much better than we initially imagined.”
