Contec have a wide range and a very good display of products; the staff at their premises were very helpful. Rob, the CEO, came out to our home and priced various options for us as requested. The installers, Shaun and Grant, arrived as agreed and were exceptionally hard working. They completed the works as scheduled and achieved the effect we wanted by sorting the materials. The difficulties of access to the site areas were very well handled.

Contec provided a superb service for us! The work involved extending the patio and building a separate deck. They were professional throughout and provided a quick service. Antony and Cory did the physical work and were helpful, responsive, and creative, suggesting improvements and building on our original ideas. All the work was completed in two weeks to an excellent standard. I would wholeheartedly recommend Contec.

As a relative newcomer to Cornwall, and having made a decision to build our dream house down here in this beautiful county, I was introduced to Contec as a potential supplier for all the stone and paving slab requirements that we intended using extensively in the design of our new house. Very rarely these days do you experience a 10 out of 10 experience from suppliers, but Contec are, without any doubt, the exception to the rule. From spending time with us helping to select the best colours and layouts of materials required, to arranging full service laying/building work where required, nothing was too much trouble for Contec. I have subsequently used Contec at other properties and their enthusiasm, expertise and support continued to be second to none. Finally, I have needed their support and advice on an 'After Care' basis recently and was delighted to find that, notwithstanding the fact that there was very little business/profit to be made, their commitment to making sure I was a totally satisfied customer was maintained.

Rob Furse and Caitlin, our contact, were, right from our initial meeting to the end of the project, fully engaged with making it run smoothly. We had a large patio area and drive to be refurbished. There was a lot of work to be done on the drainage and also the design of paving. This was all carried out in a very professional way. If there were any problems, they were sorted out immediately. I am very pleased with all Contec has done.

We wanted to pave a relatively small area which at the time was covered with gravel and stones. The whole Contec experience was very positive. They came to the property to see what I wanted and gave much useful advice. For the actual work, they came when they said they would come. The staff were brilliant and very helpful throughout. As the work progressed, the supervisor would visit to make sure that all was going to plan and was fully receptive to some changes we asked for. The estimate for the period of work was accurate. We are very pleased with the final product and would welcome anyone who wanted to see what has been done.

We had a good experience with Contec. Both Rob, the CEO, and Caitlin, our contact, were attentive and energetic. Being holiday home owners we had no previous knowledge of potential suppliers for our project but having checked others we chose Contec. They interpreted our design proposals well and went out of their way to complete the project on time in some difficult weather. The only area we felt they could have improved was in the quoting process where we had to carefully detail every item, negotiate costs and timetable to be certain what we were buying. Otherwise, the perfect job!
