“Very impressed by this firm. It's true to say that they took us 'on a journey', converting our small garden which had become a bit of a 'rewilding project' to something beautiful and usable. Scott visited us, and we decided to go for his design service, and he came up with three plans. Once the garden was cleared of four Leylandii and an apple tree, he came up with a fourth which we ultimately went with. Once the work started, we soon saw that James, the foreman on site, was a real perfectionist, and ably assisted by Jim and Mikey, it was a delight to see a mess transformed into something we're looking forward to using. After completion, we had a couple of minor snagging issues, and all resolved speedily and to our complete satisfaction. Apart from anything else, they're all nice people, and we're missing them already. No hesitation in recommending this firm.”

We have a difficult sloping garden and he was really good at understanding what we wanted and also helping us to think about things we hadn't considered. He also took careful consideration of our budget and came up with a really innovative but practical design and helped us find a suitable contractor. The garden looks great, we use it so much more and the design has attracted many compliments.”

“We have employed the services of Luke from Roeder Landscapes over the past two years in planting up new beds, a small orchard and for lawn maintenance We are very happy with the results. His designs took full consideration of our ideas and built on these with further options taking into account soil conditions and aspect. Great attention was paid to bed preparation prior to planting which ensured the best growing conditions. Work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss. He is now in the process of planting a wild flower meadow for us.”

“Our project was to develop a medium-sized garden, four miles from the Sussex coast, which faces south-west and suffers strong winds, lethal for many plant species, Barry Chambers of Changing Scenes, of Bognor Regis, successfully designed a colourful garden of raised flower beds, mature trees, large shrubs, a vegetable and sitting area and a stone beach with seaside plants, creating a frame for views across fields and glorious sunsets. The work was put out to tender to about five firms, with husband and wife team Keymer Landscapes, of Barnham, Bognor Regis, who I would also recommend, selected. Barry Chambers' knowledge of plants, and their survival in these conditions, is excellent, as is his ability to explain his choices without pretension. The construction and gardening was hands-on supervised by Barry who regularly returns, post-project, to add plants and check the progress of the garden and its maintenance. It was clear from the outset that Anna works with a process, first asking us what our priorities are and how much time we would be willing to give to ongoing maintenance etc. the brief we gave her was for low maintenance, year round colour, koi pool and dog friendly. At every point Anna exceeded our expectations. She has also kept her word by performing regular garden check-ups to make sure we're on track. Highly recommended.”

“Rebecca met us to discuss our ideas, then proposed three alternative designs, for both the front and back gardens, each of which was true to our suggestions, but provided interesting elements of her own. We particularly appreciated her ideas for planting, as our knowledge was somewhat limited. At each step of the way, through landscaping to final planting and subsequent maintenance help, Rebecca was responsive, efficient and dedicated to quality results. She collaborated particularly well with the landscaper, and between them they produced results we are delighted with, to time, and to expected budget. We would highly recommend her services.”

“David has done an outstanding job on the complete overhaul of our garden. We did a significant refurbishment of our house and in the process the best parts of the garden were substantially destroyed whilst retaining the worst parts! David helped us from the original planning stage right through to the installation and now maintenance. The planning was very thoughtful, taking into account our preferences whilst continually bringing new ideas to the table. The plans he subsequently produced were very detailed and allowed us to get a real sense of what we were going to get. The plans were accompanied by detailed costings which have proved to be remarkably accurate as David works with nurseries with whom he has a long relationship with. The installation was a significant piece of work but David took charge of it, bringing in specialists where necessary but also doing much of the work himself and with a small team. This allows him to make adjustments to the plans where necessary to take into account the reality of what he finds on the site. During this process we were kept completely informed through regular phone and email contact, site visits and photos. The result is nothing short of spectacular - we could not be happier - and the work on the landscaping and garden has made the effort we put into the house even more worthwhile. I would unhesitatingly recommend David to friends and indeed have done so many times.”
