“Tim designed the expansion and complete renovation of our house. Tim listened carefully to what we were looking for and came up with some fantastic plans. He turned our rather ugly house into a beautiful house, with lots of light and good use of space. Tim was also quick to make alterations to suit our budget when asked. “Full set of drawings for single floor extension to rear of the house. Drawings were completed to an agreed time frame and amended at my request without delay. A full brief was carried out before drawing work started with Matt explaining what may be best for such an extension. The only amendments i needed to make was the roof covering as the zinc proposed (my choice) worked out very expensive so asked for an alternative and again was given advise without any hassle. Overall a very good service and would recommend to anybody in the future.”
