“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”

“I worked alongside Terry as a joint venture investor on a major bungalow development including a wrap around extension, loft conversion and complete refurbishment. Terry was involved right from the start advising on design before planning was gained and liaised with the architect on workable and feasible ideas. Once planning was gained Terry managed the project in a hands-on manor right from the start to completion. He is very knowledgeable and has a great team of tradespeople that he calls upon.”

“Rob and his colleagues built a garage and did a garage conversion to the original garage. I can fully recommend S&S to anyone, the attention to detail is first class and several neighbours have told me of their 'garage envy' following the work! I would use the company again without hesitation and have already recommended them to a neighbour (who has hired them!)”
