“We had bought a 1 bed basement flat that had a garden in Richmond and we wanted to convert it to a two bed flat with an extension to the rear. This was a very tight space to work with but Rob not only managed to manipulate the layout to get the second bedroom to work and provide the open plan living that we were after, he also suggested that we build a log cabin style building at the end of the garden with an en-suite included. This versatile additional space could be used as an addition guest bedroom, a home office or even a cinema room. Rob is very reliable and has an excellent technical knowledge. No problem was too difficult to overcome and he went over and above with the service he promised. 5 stars.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in.
