“Last year, Greg and his team did my home extension which required several steels and large expanse of sliding windows. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work. He and his team were extremely reliable, produced work to a high quality and were fantastic at problem solving. Greg went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and was a pleasure to liaise with. He invariably answered the phone when I called and if not available would get back to me very quickly without needing to be chased. I can highly recommend Greg and his team and plan to use them again in the very near future.”

“Loftcraft have just completed a loft conversion for us which we are extremely pleased with it. Jack and his team have been great to deal with. A very straightforward, professional guy, who is good to his word. We had complete confidence in him and he didn’t let us down. He has a very calm, can-do approach. We really enjoyed working with him. The team were very polite, considerate, tidy and have done a super job. We had very high standards which they were able to meet. “City Lofts London came highly recommended to me through a friend when I decided to have a loft conversion. After initial consultation was prompt and the team had a plan of action in place. It was not easy as we had to live in the house whilst the work was in progress. But the project was carried out complete to our satisfaction and consideration to neighbours during work. “We had really great experience with CLL from start to finish. Huw did a great job during the sales and explained really well how our loft conversion will look (double bedroom and bathroom). What we found extremely useful was a clear overview and expert advice on the whole process and all the prerequisites needed for a smooth running of the project. Huw was really helpful and I felt he really focused on our needs as customers. Renatas and the building team did a fantastic job in making it all a reality and we absolutely love new space they’ve created for us! The work was really well coordinated, done to a high standard and ahead of the agreed schedule, all of which was very important to us. We felt CLL really listened and understood our requirements. Guys were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very polite, courteous and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Even our neighbours complemented on how efficient, hard working and noise minimal the team were! We are extremely pleased with our new space and would definitely recommend CLL to anyone.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Ash Island Lofts and Extensions. They completed a double mansard and rear addition extension for us on time and on budget as well as to a very high standard. We chose them because they were professional and knowledgeable from the start and promised to complete our works in 8 weeks when most other companies we saw were vague about the time or told us it would take 16 weeks. We found Ash Island to be very reliable at dealing with any little issues along the way, including slight changes – everything was handled fast and actioned immediately. The actual building team were just incredible, they worked so hard and nothing phased them – including carrying my very heavy soundproofing boards up to the 3rd floor. All in all I found Ash Island to be honest, responsive, caring and professional. Our double mansard and rear extension have really exceeded expectations both quality and design wise – I would definitely use Ash Island again and highly recommend them.”
