Rich from ForesightPM Ltd has been an absolute joy to deal with. He has been easy to work with and his communication is excellent. He has been very transparent about costs and managed our expectations whilst being respectful of our ideas and vision. He has some innovative ideas and has managed to work them into budget. Our house is grade II listed and has had some issues with planning and alterations but Rich has gone the extra mile in attempting to overcome these obstacles. I hired foresight to assist with the development of a commercial property. From start to finish they took over the relationship with the council and the relevant planning permissions. In addition foresight added significant value with the internal and external design of the space, from both an aesthetic and functional point of view. Following on from my experience with foresight I have now retained them to oversee the deveolpment and design of a residential property. Overall I have found foresight to be a valuable asset in the development of both commercial and residential properties where the requirement are often very different.

Richard and the team have been a great help; not only fulfilling their professional requirements with plans, reports and the necessary legals to do with planning and party wall applications, but have gone that step further and provided my builder with regular drop ins to offer advice and support. When doing any project in a town/city there are always neighbours' concerns to be taken into account and Richard has handled these calmly and with great tact. I can not recommend Foresight enough.
