“I had an idea in my head of the extension I wanted for my house but no idea of how to organise anything to make it happen. Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted. Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”

“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“An initial discussion with Ian Stanley convinced us that he would be the right person to help us 're-imagine' our 60's style flat-roof property into a stylish modern home with a low-pitched roof and free-flowing interior. Ian has not only created an elegant design - both exterior and interior - but has been instrumental at all planning and technical stages, making sure that the project has progressed unhindered. We have been particularly impressed by his ability to take our often very sketchy ideas and bring them to life. We are now in week 13 of a 21 week project and are very happy with progress and the results so far. We are also grateful to Ian for his many contributions along the way, helping us to select our builder, some key suppliers and also presenting ideas and suggestions for interior and exterior finishes and fittings. We have always found Ian to be polite, courteous and ever willing to help along the way - a very professional contribution that has been highly valuable at all stages of our project. His early guidance on budgets and timescales has also been shown to be extremely accurate. We plan to use Xspace again in the near future.”

“I Hired WDA, Sept 2013 To Look at prospect of Land I had for Development and the appraisal for gaining Planning Permission for an Eco Style House, which they gave me their opinions and eventually we were Successful in getting Planning permission on a Beautifully Designed House by the team early 2014 (App No 2/2014/0064/PLNG, I have now Recently sold the Plot and the Build will start shortly, November 2016 “I wanted to thank you both, firstly it was good to meet nice people and further more for your damn good work. I appreciated your guidance and advice from the early stages. Thanks again for your help and I wish you both continued success and happiness.””
