“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. “We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”

“We hired Premier Pool a year ago to install a custom gunite pool with water features and a big spa. Not only did Jake Mason design the pool but he also and supervised the install and we have been absolutely thrilled. The swimming pool has surpassed all of our expectations, and our grandkids absolutely love it. We have to say the big test with any service company is how they respond to the service calls after the bills have been paid and the job is complete. Jake has answered every call and has taken care of any issues or questions we have had every time. We highly recommed Premier Pool +++++”

We ended up doing a spool and he was able to incorporate all the features that we really wanted for a very reasonable price. He also has the most amazing and talented subs that we have ever worked with. We did a rock waterfall and rock around both sides into a Baja shelf, and then the spa, it turned out awesome!”
