“Weisz Selection did an outstanding job for us. They built a bathhouse/sauna/wet bar/storage house/entertainment area, and it not only functions as designed, but it was built well and is beautiful too. Weisz Selections understood what we wanted from the start of the project and they incorporated items that you simply can't buy at the local hardware store. They 100 yr old barn wood, and an old military barracks style bathroom sink, and had doors and cabinets custom build from antique materials that give give our outdoor area an impossible-to-duplicate, unique feels. Absolutely thrilled with their work. Service was great. One of the custom made doors swelled after installation- They came out and fixed it, no questions asked, even after the final check was paid many months ago. I was worried about service after the sale, but they seem intent to please, even though their contractual obligations were completed many months ago. Only negative: our project was behind schedule, almost from the beginning, but I wouldn't necessarily blame that on Weisz Selections, as we also built a pool at the same time, and that project contained the deck pour, which was delayed because of problems with our pool contractor.”

“We selected Dolce Pools based upon the great reviews we read. We could not have been any more satisfied with our choice! From the moment the owner, Tyler Neufeldt, initially arrived to discuss our vision of the project, we were extremely impressed with both his professionalism and depth of knowledge of pool installations. This was our very first pool and Tyler was extremely patient as we discussed the layout, plaster, decking, tile and coping, lighting, equipment and pumps. Within minutes, he had designed the project on his laptop and provided us a fair and reasonable quotation. From that moment, we were extremely confident we made the right choice in pool contractors, even though we had received a lower quotation from another contractor. Installation, beginning with excavation, and continuing with plumbing, forming, gunite, deck form, and ending with startup, could not have gone any smoother! Tyler communicated regularly by providing updates and scheduling the work with his subcontractors. Not once did we ever feel we weren't "in the know" and Tyler always ensured we knew the next step and when it would occur. Other than normal weather-type delays, the project flowed smoothly and was completed timely. All workers were extremely punctual and completed the work in a proficient and efficient manner. If Tyler wasn't personally overseeing the work, his project superintendent, Ben, was always onsite. In addition, Tyler provided outstanding training on how to properly maintain the pool. Since the pool was completed, I've contacted him on several occasions, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we are satisfactorily maintaining the pool......remember, this is our very first pool. Each time he patiently and enthusiastically answered all our questions, never making us feel we were intruding or wasting his time. Its obvious that once you are a customer of Dolce Pools, you are a customer for life. We strongly and wholeheartedly recommend utilizing Tyler Neufeldt and Dolce Pools for your pool installation and wouldn't hesitate, for one moment, recommending them to our friends and family. We couldn't have asked for a better pool installation experience and have a beautiful and functioning pool to show for it!”
