The day of the Napa earthquake, my cover was underwater and he sent someone 6h away to come same day, pool my cover out and when I told him I might not have power, he sent his son with a generator. “If I ever want to have another pool built, I will hire and have Riviera Pools build it again. From the initial bid presentation to when the pool was getting filled with water, Riviera Pools did what Tony (owner) said they'd do and then more. Tony and Joe (constr. mgr) had been just flat out accomodating and helpful, not to mention the hard initial work that Jim (designer) had to go through with the City to get permits for the project. I cannot thank them enough for the work they have done. One more thing - they only work with very competent sub-contractors, but if anything is in question, Tony will make sure that things get cleared right away. Thanks Tony, Joe and Jim!!!!”

“Pete is a pool masters. The design phase was all about our new pool and what we wanted. Pete was patient, creative and by far the best prepared to gather all of the information needed for a detailed proposal. He worked with us during the entire design process and never pushed us in a direction that was away from our the original thoughts of our dream pool. He made suggestions that were appropriate and explained details of the construction process to achieve a high quality pool. During construction, Pete and his subs were professional, respectful and good at cleaning up each day. Pete is there almost everyday and checks in to make sure we are on track. He also made suggestions regarding the design and as a result we made some changes that really improved our pool environment.
