Resitance Swim Spas sent me a pool that was not fit for purpose twice. That was after more than ten failed deliveries attempts that we had to pay for each time. Costs included of a team of people and the hiring of equipment to receive the pool as well of having to clear the neighbouring field of live stock. They still have all the equipment we paid for with over twenty thousand pounds and other equipment form third parties worth thousands of pounds. We paid over 50 thousand pounds and they’re unwilling to refund us or give us what we payed for. They failed to meet any of the contractual deadlines This experience has caused our family a huge amount of stress and anxiety

Most stressful, devastaing, heart breaking purchase We engaged Resistance Swim Spa to build us a pool in August of 2021 with the promise of a delivery by March 30, 2022. We were pushed very hard to pay the 50% deposit within days of engagement to secure the March 30th delivery date. As we wanted the pool ready for the Easter holiday, we paid. To my surprise, in October 2021 they requested the final 50% payment in order to proceed with finishing the pool on time. Although I was surprised to pay in full for something before it was delivered, it was in their contract, and I hadn’t noticed. It was a red flag, but I was already in for a very large sum of money, and I wanted the pool on time. I paid. It has been one of the worst decisions of my life. As of today, April 28, 2023, I still do not have a working pool. From numerous failed deliveries, sometimes less than 24 hours notice, to unreturned phone calls and emails, to broken promises, abusive phone calls and threats that I will never get a refund, it has been an extremely stressful and a heart breaking process. In Nov 2022, we decided to instruct lawyers as the stress was too much to handle any further. It has devastated my family through the pregnancy of my third baby and her birth. All we have ever wanted was to receive the pool and the equipment we paid for. We even offered solutions such as delaying the delivery of the pool until it passed testing before scheduling delivery, offering to give them more time if they needed it, to forgoing installation and having someone else install our pool. As of last week, RSS has deliberately refused to delivery all of the equipment we purchased to install the pool because I am on a WhatsApp group with several other extremely upset customers that thankfully have found each other and offer support through the insanity of this situation. I would highly recommend purchasing a pool from another supplier as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we have experienced.

My experience has been really good, worth the wait in the fact that the pool is beyond what any other supplier could offer and at a really competitive price. Air blower stopped working, but replaced with new one quickly during installation. Swim jet is really strong and has speed control, crazy power running through the the pool when all the jets are on. Really cool, bespoke, well thought out design and product. Care and attention has been put into the design and it shows in the experience. Pre delivery, some back and forth with delivery, as they didn’t watch my access video. But sorted in end!

Thanks Resistance Swim Spas. I received a high quality stainless steel pool start of this year, as a long term investment its much better than the fibre pools I've seen in the market. My neighbour waited for a fibreglass pool for longer than I did for my stainless steel one and is already having to call on their warranty. Due to covid I know there was delays across the whole industry due to massive increase in demand and shortage of parts. Resistance responded amazingly to parts shortages and upgraded my pool (no extra cost) to have stainless steel pipes etc to reduce impact of industry issues, forever grateful as it’s super high quality, other suppliers were less able to deal with industry delays, as Resistance has the benefit of manufacturing in the UK which I like. The pool looks incredible now that it's up and running, well worth the wait and I can't wait to get plenty of use out of it in the summer. It's been really easy to clean and manage which is important to me as I have a long term health condition which effects my mobility. If I need to call on the warranty in the future, I have good relations with all staff and feel I have a long term relationship which is readily available to support me if needed. They have always been responsive and personable. Thank you again.

Just had my pool installed and it's stunning. The whole process was incredibly easy and the team were so so helpful. I thought it was going to be a big headache but their customer service was spot on with any issues I had. They should all be proud of themselves!

Recently had my pool installation complete, I can't express how stunning it all looks now the water is in. The light just shines off it, drawing you in. I can't help but feel healthier and happier from exercising in it everyday, it's amazing. The service I received was fantastic every step of the way, can't recommend it enough!

Purchased the exercise swim spa for my daughter last year and till date it still looks wonderful! Its working very well, shiny and surprisingly easy to clean. Very good investment.

I received my spa pool about four weeks ago and I can honestly say it’s one of the best selections I could have made. It looks so luxurious and it frankly enables me to exercise daily. It goes without saying that I am exceedingly pleased and highly recommend this product. My dog Casper is very confused with this enormous pool in the middle of the garden, which has taken up so much of his space, but me and my husband are absolutely delighted.

So far no complaints.. Excellent spa. Resistance works very well. Steel maintains its shine. Good work.
