Could not be happier than I am right now! Had my pool installed last week and managed to fill it up over the weekend (took about 2 days to fill) and 4 days to heat to temp. This is a lifetime project for me. I am ecstatic to say the least!!! The pool looks fantastic and is the speaking point of our garden. It’ll be great for the summer with the grandkids, I have a 4 year old very eager to jump in. The ladies at the office were lovely to speak to and really helped me out throughout the whole process (I have been calling them my Charlie’s angels). Wish the pool had come a little sooner to say the least and had a small teething issue waiting on an engineer return date… but it's a product worth waiting for and a long-term investment for us all. They should definitely increase prices in my opinion. I assume they will so glad I purchased when I did. Only put a 4 star due to the wait, apart from that it’s a 5 star. Thanks again. Just had my installation for my hydrotherapy spa recently. Finished the electrics for it and am absolutely over the moon!!! Can't thank these guys enough.

Thanks Resistance, pool is now up and running. Had that issue with a pump not working, but got sorted now, engineers were really nice chaps. Bit of a wait in general, but to be expected after last years covid issues, but definitely worth it for end result. Office team very friendly. Thanks ladies

Thanks Resistance Swim Spas. I received a high quality stainless steel pool start of this year, as a long term investment its much better than the fibre pools I've seen in the market. My neighbour waited for a fibreglass pool for longer than I did for my stainless steel one and is already having to call on their warranty. Due to covid I know there was delays across the whole industry due to massive increase in demand and shortage of parts. Resistance responded amazingly to parts shortages and upgraded my pool (no extra cost) to have stainless steel pipes etc to reduce impact of industry issues, forever grateful as it’s super high quality, other suppliers were less able to deal with industry delays, as Resistance has the benefit of manufacturing in the UK which I like. The pool looks incredible now that it's up and running, well worth the wait and I can't wait to get plenty of use out of it in the summer. It's been really easy to clean and manage which is important to me as I have a long term health condition which effects my mobility. If I need to call on the warranty in the future, I have good relations with all staff and feel I have a long term relationship which is readily available to support me if needed. They have always been responsive and personable. Thank you again.

Just had my pool installed and it's stunning. The whole process was incredibly easy and the team were so so helpful. I thought it was going to be a big headache but their customer service was spot on with any issues I had. They should all be proud of themselves!

Recently had my pool installation complete, I can't express how stunning it all looks now the water is in. The light just shines off it, drawing you in. I can't help but feel healthier and happier from exercising in it everyday, it's amazing. The service I received was fantastic every step of the way, can't recommend it enough!

Purchased the exercise swim spa for my daughter last year and till date it still looks wonderful! Its working very well, shiny and surprisingly easy to clean. Very good investment.

I received my spa pool about four weeks ago and I can honestly say it’s one of the best selections I could have made. It looks so luxurious and it frankly enables me to exercise daily. It goes without saying that I am exceedingly pleased and highly recommend this product. My dog Casper is very confused with this enormous pool in the middle of the garden, which has taken up so much of his space, but me and my husband are absolutely delighted.

So far no complaints.. Excellent spa. Resistance works very well. Steel maintains its shine. Good work.

Very satisfied with the end product made and produced by a UK company! How refreshing! Their factory is open for you to see should you wish to see the progress of yours or anyone else’s pool / hot tub. The moment you see your pool arrive on a lorry and removed via a crane is magical and exciting. They will go through your design request, assisting with ideas and requirements before producing CAD drawing showing the build and progress from there. Pricing is highly competitive to other companies. Well worth the investment.

We are very happy that we choose Resistance Swim Spas. The consultation prior to installing the pool from Emma was excellent. The kids and the nanny love swim jet and the pool. To be quite frank we were the centre of attention when a huge mirrored pool turned up on the street.

The best value resistance pools out there I think. Zero compromise on materials and a great finish. I would have spent at least double with the nearest competitor. Im really happy with my garden pool.

Purchased a custom swim spa last year 2017 for my holiday summer house in France, I would rate very highly, product is high quality, price is fair. I got a few quotes, who were extremely expensive. Resistance swim spas, were well priced, superior quality and ship Internationaly.
