Wow ! What a great team….they have been up against it this year, due to covid and other constraints, however they have all worked extremely hard and done a great job We are so so happy with our pool. From start to finish everyone has been so helpful and informative. Tony the director was amazing and everyone else. Highly recommend the one piece pool and electric safety cover. If you want a pool done right GO TO XL POOLS. Thank you team- we love our pool.

Great swimming pool but shocking aftercare service. Engineers “clean” was a joke, had to have numerous call outs with problems. Don’t buy the electric pool cover either…. Warranty is only three years and my pool cover slats have holes and lots of discolouration and my pool is just over three years old but looks 15!

Our experience with XL Pools was fantastic. We had an 11m x 4m liner pool and, from the initial site clearance to the completion of the lighting, paving and surrounding railway sleepers, everything was extremely professional. We were kept up to date on a regular basis on progress, ideas and developments. Like any major project, there are always going to be some small "snagging" issues, but these were limited, and dealt with in an expedient manner with no questions asked. Following the commissioning of the pool, their continued attention, with regard to servicing and any other issues has also been excellent, which is a comforting factor. The service is personal but professional and I would highly recommend using XL Pools. Chris Ritchie

Complete pool installation and landscaping carried out to a very high level. Bi-annual servicing always done on time and to a professional standard. Great employees who are respectful and efficient and know their job thoroughly. Would highly recommend XL pools.

XL Pools provided me with a bespoke service to build my indoor pool, from initial design, through to completion and my first dip! I was looking for one contract for both the pool installation and the build of the pool house - XL pools have done this seamlessly. XL Pools exceeded my expectations with both the smooth process of the build and the final result - I now have a pool that provides all my hydrotherapy needs with non-chlorinated water, warm and a peaceful haven, achieved without the stress of having to negotiate and manage two building contracts. Every member of staff at XL Pools has been professional, friendly and truly caring about the build, the end result and ongoing maintenance. I couldn't have asked for more.

Commented: Swimming PoolAgree with the above. A pool should only be emptied as a last resort and only when the ground water is low to avoid structural damage.
