“Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. “Jane recently helped us during our renovation to make the most of our open plan kitchen-diner / living space. I was really struggling with an area that I felt was slightly too small to fit in everything (kitchen, dinner table and sofa) but was too big not to have the Sofa. The area also had a few funny angles due to it being an old farmhouse with new extension on the side. Jane was such a help and ended up giving us 8 separate options, all of which would have worked for us and met our brief. Her ability to visual a space and provide layout options that really work from a practical point of view but which are also aesthetically beautiful is second to none and she is also a joy to work with, a serene oasis in the chaos of a building site. “Beverley managed a major renovation of our semi-detached cottage in Poole and I thoroughly recommend her as a dedicated and professional project manager. Beverley picked up the first phase of the work for me once I had already done the design and appointed some contractors and so I was extremely grateful to her for her flexibility as I handed over the reins through autumn 2020. As the project gathered pace Beverley took up a huge amount of work that would otherwise have fallen to my wife and I. We have three young kids and both work full time, so it is no exaggeration to say that our project would have quickly failed without Beverley being able to keep contractors on track, liaise between trades to manage dependencies (a massive job) and set quality standards and track snags. As 2021 arrived we started home schooling, continued full time working and needed to get our renovation over the line. Not only did Beverley make sure the initial work to entirely re-landscape our garden was completed to time and standard, but she also planned our phase 2 interior renovation and delivered this to the exact budget and schedule, working around the narrow period when we could vacate the top floor of our house. The results for our living space and for our family are fantastic and simply wouldn’t have been achieved without Beverley’s tireless work on our behalf.”
