“I have hired Mike for numerous projects. From Bathroom tile, kitchen floor, carpentry, and rebuilding my shed that was about to collapse. Mike has done fantastic work on every project. However, the best part of working with Mike is his honesty and integrity. If he says he will be there, you can count on it. On a few occassions he has even offered cheaper alternatives due to his experience because he understands the value of his name. The best review I can leave is that I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have hired him and I always get positive feedback from them. There are no negatives with hiring Mike. He pays attention to detail and to making sure the finished product matches your desires.”

“I've used Sprague Woodworking several times and I continue to be impressed with not only the quality of their product and workmanship, but also in their superior level of customer service. They consistently exceed my expectations with regards to lead times, product selection, and attention to detail. I never think twice about sending my door/drawer orders to Glenn and his team because I know that they will produce an exceptional product in a better-than-timely fashion. “This company installed two honed marble counter tops and provided the travertine stone tiles for my kitchen and hall floors and the honed marble subway tiles for the back splash. They spent an incredible amount of time with me up front, showing me various slabs they had for other customers to help me narrow down exactly what I wanted. They also allowed me to help decide how to cut the slab once the latter was in the shop. They spent a great deal of time selecting the connecting pieces so that they matched up well with the main countertop pieces. They were great to work with.”

“Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”

“I have been working Diane Dubberly and the team at Artistic Tile for many years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Their showroom is gorgeous and the tile selection they carry is second to none. They are always on the cutting edge in an industry that is constantly changing which is very important to an interior designer. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. If I cannot be there myself to select tile I know they will take very good care of my clients.
