“I have utilized this company for many projects, both major and minor. For the most part I have been very pleased, particularly with the fact that if issues do arise, and I may not be satisfied with something, then Brandon makes sure it is fixed and that I am satisfied. In this type of industry, I think that is very important, as I have had others who refused to stand by their work. Brandon is very creative in his approach to business, has good design instincts, and is very hard working. Not everything is perfect, but he will make it right.”

“Blackstone totally gutted and remodeled two of our bathrooms and built a walk-in closet. I designed the bathrooms using Houzz as my guide. I showed the contractor the designs I liked and how I wanted to tweek them and I took my computer into Bedrosians to buy the travertine for the floors and walls, showed them what I liked and they took me straight to the products. In summation, I couldn't be more pleased with the design, the materials, the arrangement of the spaces and the quality of the workmanship. Thank you Blackstone and thank you Houzz. By the way, I discovered Houzz in the first place when I googled moving a toilet to a space occupied by a shower. I would include photos but don't have the technical expertise to do that.”

“Neil Sullivan of Sullivan's Stone Factory, met with us and was the consummate pro. He worked with our vision, answered our questions and worked with our contractor to bring the project to life. Neil gave us a host of granite options and showed us how our 'five countertop project' would come together. We had enough confidence in him that we were in New York when the work was done. We arrived to find it completed exactly as planned. One outlet was not exactly where we had thought it would be and Neil had his crew cut another piece from the slab and corrected the (our) error at no extra charge. We couldn't have been more pleased - start to finish.”

“I highly recommend Shanna Frey with Triton Tile. We remodeled our bathroom and found Triton tile to have the best selection of modern and unique looking tiles that you won't find elsewhere. We have a modern mid century home and until we went to Triton it was difficult to find the right style of tiles for our bathroom. My husband installed the tiles himself and had lots of questions, Shanna is a wealth of knowledge and was very helpful and guided us in making the right selection. She goes the extra mile and is a pleasure to work with plus their showroom is amazing!”

“We used Rinehart Tile for our 2nd home in Palm Springs. Most of the work was done while we were not there. They cleaned and regrouted our existing tile as well as fixed a faux fireplace hearth where the previous owner had actually cut out the shiny white tile and replaced with something brown and pebble-like, it was hideous! We were thrilled that Rinehart tile was able replace the missing tile with a very close match. We liked their workmanship, inside, so much that we had them replace our red terra-cotta outdoor patio tiles with a more mid-century modern gray tile.”

“After visiting many "Tile Stores" that did not have anything I was looking for, a salesperson from a lighting company referred me to Tile Designs by Fina. Our first encounter exceeded all expectations. The tile selection was the best I have seen at any location. I kept gasping at all the beautiful and unusal designs. The display areas make it easy to view tiles & take a closer look with pertinent information on the samples. The best part is Fina--she makes you feel at home immediately and has the best customer service skills, even when your indecisive. With each project I told her what I was trying to accomplish and she put together a few samples that I would never had the ability to do. All of them were perfect. I had a hard time deciding with the choices she presented. Tile Designs by Fina is the only place I go and all my friends know where to go with their tile projects. She's THE BEST!!!”
