They work as a team, from the moment the arrive on site to when they pack up and leave.They protect the area around their work, being respectful of others work. They take care that their work is correct and clean up after they have completed. They communicate on developments with their schedules, fabrication and delivery so the inevitable hiccups can be dealt with and are not surprises. The quality of their work is the finest I have ever seen.”

“The staff at Genoa was prompt at returning a phone call, knowledgeable about their product and professional in their work. We had located a granite slab at a warehouse that we wanted and, with a UPC code number, Genoa located the piece and shipped it to their shop. They (very) accurately measured our kitchen counter top plan and machined the slab to a perfect fit. The staff member measuring the room had a few good suggestions on edge finishing that we had not considered and having followed their recommendations, we could not be happier with the finished product. A first rate company all around.”

“We had a kids bathroom we had totally demolished. Bob gave us a bid to retile the tub surround and floor that was very reasonable. He helped us with ordering the vanity and recommended a reputable plumber as this was a first DIY for us. We are extremely pleased with the work his company did. We will use RCO tile again as we have several more rooms to remodel.”

“Jason was patient and easy to work with. We had a small job (two bathroom countertops) and we were able to use a scrap, substantially reducing our cost. Installers removed our mirrors and replaced them which was a big help .........they did a great job. Cassarino was recommended by a friend and we in turn will recommend them to others.”
