“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive. I wanted to have a mosaic design at the bottom of my pool and backsplash. The way Mosaics Lab communicated eliminated all doubts. They were very attentive to my needs. Put me in touch with the artist and send me progress pictures on ongoing bases. I never have seen customer service such as this from any online purchase. I highly recommend them.”

“When comparing the companies I noticed that what a lot of companies called extras were included in the MEC quotes. I could really go on and on about how amazing of a job MEC did in all stages of the project. I have never been so impressed with any company that I have dealt with. I wrote MEC a letter at the end of the project to let them know how overly impressed I was. MEC is first class all the way. in all the time I spent researching by saying don't fool around!! Go with MEC Corporation!!!!”

“I have been into the Ottawa location many times and have to say in comparison to other companies I have dealt with so far their customer service was fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They still have the family business vibe going for them. I would recommend their Ottawa branch to anyone in search of tiles for their home. They have a very large showroom and tons of options.”

“I discovered Ontario tile many years ago when my wife and I renovated our own home and now I send all my clients to Roberta and Louigi who are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . There Markham store has a wonderful display and selection of tiles . They can offer suggestions on style and design that makes selection easier . I'd recommend them to anyone looking to renovate .”

“I have picked my tiles from Soho Tiles on two occasions so far, currently I am remodeling three bathrooms and a kitchen. “I hired Alex to get 2 intricate stone fireplaces made (one with an overmantel, one without), and a large range hood. Alex worked to get all measurements correct and all pieces done exactly as I described. They are all beautiful and arrived with no damage whatsoever. One example of Alex going over and above is this. One of my fireplaces was done with the pattern slightly different than I wanted. Without hesitation, Alex had the whole thing redone to my exact specifications. Another example is when he took a trip to the country where my stone was coming from to make sure it was of high quality. Another example is Alex spending a lot of time educating me on all of the support necessary to safely anchor the stone pieces to our walls, as we have never done a stone fireplace or range before. And yet another example is Alex thoughtfully including extra stone pieces, which come in very handy to complete the job right. My husband and I were the builders and in the process of building our home, Alex was one of the nicest and easiest people we dealt with during the entire 2 year process of building. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and extremely patient and helpful. I can't say a negative thing about him. I highly recommend him and I love my stone!!!”
