“I have been into the Ottawa location many times and have to say in comparison to other companies I have dealt with so far their customer service was fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They still have the family business vibe going for them. I would recommend their Ottawa branch to anyone in search of tiles for their home. They have a very large showroom and tons of options.”

“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive. I wanted to have a mosaic design at the bottom of my pool and backsplash. The way Mosaics Lab communicated eliminated all doubts. They were very attentive to my needs. Put me in touch with the artist and send me progress pictures on ongoing bases. I never have seen customer service such as this from any online purchase. I highly recommend them.”

“My wife and I are in the process of updating the Kitchen and Bathroom and needed floor and wall tiles. Antica Tile & Stone has a large selection, the quality of their product is great when compared to the big box home improvement retailers. Staff are helpful and are willing to provide recommendations if you are still unsure on your colour palette. Would definitely shop there again!”

“I discovered Ontario tile many years ago when my wife and I renovated our own home and now I send all my clients to Roberta and Louigi who are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . There Markham store has a wonderful display and selection of tiles . They can offer suggestions on style and design that makes selection easier . I'd recommend them to anyone looking to renovate .”

“I am a tile setter by trade and have dealt with many tile stores over the years. I will continue sending my clients to Tilemaster for many reasons. They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it. The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend. Well, that about says it. Hopefully you had enough time to read through this whole letter :)”

“After seeing Broken Down Designs at the Interior Design Show in Toronto, I contacted Petar the owner for a consultation on my outdated fireplace that was my least favourite thing in my house. After a telephone conversation to talk about my space and what I was looking for, Petar sketched a few design options for me and outlined the various material options that would fit my price range. After a long deliberation, I managed to pick just one of his fabulous creations and we picked a material (granite) that went with my existing décor. Next came measurements and logistics and revisions to the design as we moved through the process, and then work began. Petar and his team not only removed the existing mantel, but made and installed the new one. Petar was responsive to my needs and was happy to talk through my options and provided so much more than just a contractor experience. When I discovered late in the project that Petar is actually a trained artist and sculptor, I knew that the finished mantel would be fantastic, and I couldn't be happier! All of my guests are so complimentary on my new fireplace, and I love that I have something that no one else has! I cannot recommend Petar and Broken Down Designs enough, and I am currently working with Petar to add a few matching side tables to the living room to really highlight the fireplace. I would note that, Broken Down Designs is not going to order some pre-fabricated mantel and try to make it fit - they do cost a bit more, but the customization and artistic services more than make up for it.”

“Royal Quartz & Stone did the stone work for our new build in our kitchen - island, counters and desk - and for three bathrooms - counters, tub decks, and shower. We are very pleased with the work that they did. They worked with us to find the right stone. They were timely, very cordial, did beautiful work, and were well priced compared to the competition. Follow-up service has been great, and I would not hestitate to recommend their services.”
