“Simply the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My job was the restoration of a tiny bathroom in my 1929 four square, brick home in Hamilton Ontario Canada. I couldn’t believe that any manufacturer would have bothered with my order. Not only were my hard to find 4.25 square inch tiles shipped quickly, but the glaze was exactly as indicated on the sample card. I’m thrilled to be able to replace the original damaged tiles with Heritage’s while preserving the balance of the original decorative features. Great company, lovely staff and such a beautiful product.”

I was very happy with their workmanship and responsiveness. The counters look great and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I was most impressed at how hard they worked to rectify a small problem with one of the pieces and, ulitmately, agreed to a replacement of that piece.”

“RID Stone provided us a deal of a price on grey granite for our kitchen. It was not our first choice but the deal was too good to beat. The savings allowed us to upgrade to an enormous double sink that is industrial grade which they ordered for us at great savings. They were able to install with a very tight window. We ordered just over 2 weeks before thanksgiving and were superbly installed just in time for the holidays. The seams were expertly hidden and the measurements were very accurate, given our far from level 100 year old home.”
